With more than 20 years of experience in finance and real estate, Suzie Luu is a Houston Real Estate Consultant specializing in residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, relocation, and real estate development opportunities throughout Greater Houston.

Suzie works with local, national, and international buyers, sellers, and investors seeking opportunities in the Houston real estate market. Her approach combines financial insight, market knowledge, strategic negotiation, and personalized service to help clients evaluate opportunities, protect their investments, and build long-term real estate value.

Before building her real estate career, Suzie developed a strong foundation in corporate finance, advancing to Branch Controller at Kanematsu USA Inc., where she oversaw the financial operations of a $100 million sales and service division. That financial background gives her a valuable perspective when helping clients analyze real estate acquisitions, investment properties, commercial opportunities, and portfolio strategies.

After more than 17 years leading JacLuu Properties under Infinilink Global Corporation, Suzie joined Keller Williams Memorial and Dominion International Group in 2025 to further expand her expertise and involvement in commercial real estate, real estate investment, and development opportunities.

A three-time AREAA A-List Producer (2022–2024), Suzie also serves as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of AREAA Houston. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese, she brings cultural understanding and clear communication to Houston’s diverse and international clientele.
